CONGRATULATIONS!

Congratulations to our first trainee to pass the Bronze level of the new Catering and Food Hygiene course.

This is a new course that we have introduced into our commercial kitchen as part of the work experience we offer to the trainees. Our experienced catering staff have put together this training scheme and we will gradually roll it out to trainees that want to gain qualifications to help their CVs or just provide some extra confidence in their abilities.
