One of our art therapy sessions is off-site for November as a group of our trainees visited Yeovil Art Space.

WOW!! What results in the Somerset FA Disability Counts League!!

It was great for a group of our trainees to be out at Carymoor Environmental Trust yesterday.

Great day at our new building as a group of our trainees started designing and producing tote bags.

Something more relaxing and therapeutic for a group of our trainees today as they learnt about Rangoli patterns.

I know we had owl photos last week but we had such a brilliant time today at Owl Obsession that I couldn't resist!

It is great to see when our trainees start something new and each week they just get better and better!!

We love trying new sessions at the Hub. Giving our trainees new experiences and the opportunity for them to learn, gain confidence, reduce anxiety and have fun is what it is all about!

Today a group of trainees did something different with the help of Tara of Fabric Sewn Beautiful.

The Yeovil Neighbourhood Police Team were at the Hub this morning to provide advice, answer questions and talk about tackling Hate Crime in the local community.

The Hub All Stars had their first three matches of a new season in the Somerset FA Disability Counts League. After being runners-up the last two years we are hoping that it may be third time lucky!

Today we ran our first sessions at our new additional building!!

What a day!!!! Two coaches full of trainees and staff went to Wake The Tiger in Bristol today and had a fantastic experience!

Looking after your physical and mental wellbeing is so important. Some of our guys have been trialling the gym and are really getting into it, having fun and reaping the benefits. .

One thing I will say about the Hub's trainees is that they have a great work-ethic. Whatever they do they always give it their best!

The Hub is close to capacity, with record numbers of trainees. We don't want to say no to anyone wanting to join our charity and as a result we are renting another building in Yeovil.

It was all about nature today as a group of our trainees went to Ninesprings.
