After a summer break our trainees are back at Prodigal Bikes helping refurbish bikes, learning new skills and gaining in confidence. Even had a visit from the local friendly cat!

With help from the wonderful guys at Yeovil Men's Shed and Community Workshop one of our trainees made this fantastic marionette. She then went on to win First Prize at Martock and District Gardening Society show in the Craft Items category! What a result!!
A new skill.

If you’ve seen some of our previous posts, you’ll know we run fun and inclusive gaming sessions for our trainees. From classic board and card games to video games, these sessions help build confidence, teamwork and problem-solving skills in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
What a difference a day makes!
This month we are trialling a new gardening project in the community. A small group of our trainees went out this morning to help a local resident who was struggling with her garden.

Today a group of our trainees went to Mendip Raceway for their Crashmania 25 event! The guys had a brilliant time at the Banger and Stock Car Racing.

Our sessions with Panthers Martial Arts Academy on a Monday have proven so popular that we are trialling it on Thursdays so that more of our trainees can have a go

Yesterday some of our trainees had a great time at Eastfields Of Bowers Hill. They got creative and used their skills to make a beautiful butterfly out of various media, working well as a team. They then got to ride the lovely therapy horses.

A group of our trainees were out at Sutton Bingham today helping Helen and Deb from Yeovil Rivers Community Trust and ecologist Alexis on a dormouse survey.

Friend of the Hub Terry brought his vintage open-top bus to the Hub today. As you can see, everyone had a great time as he took two groups on a scenic tour around Yeovil.
