What is GROW?

GROW is a social enterprise run by the Hub. We run schemes and projects which aim to improve the urban landscapes in which we call home, work or our town.
This can involve partnerships with local businesses, guerrilla gardening projects and 'In Bloom' competitions.

Urban Gardening

In Yeovil we are lucky to have a nature reserve and to be surrounded by beautiful wildlife. We are also lucky to be surrounded by industry and with that comes industrial estates. At GROW we want to claim back the green spaces in our industrial estates and help to create beautiful pockets of plants and generally tidy them up a bit!

We have won awards for our innovative gardening schemes in the past and we want to launch ourselves into a new project.

Growing Produce

We are looking to set up a small patch where we can start to grow our own produce. We would hope to use this in the Hub Cafe, to help create tasty food grown by ourselves.

If you have experience in farming, growing your own vegetables or setting up a new patch, we would love to hear from you.

Sensory Garden

The Hub is settling into it’s new home at Buckland Road and whilst we have given the building a new lease of life, we would love to create a sensory garden in our grounds for the use of both our trainees and the public who visit.

We are currently looking into funding and sponsorship to help us realise this goal, if you would like to be involved contact us below.

Our Partnerships

Recently we have enjoyed some fantastic partnerships working with local businesses including Newton Clarke Veterinary Surgeons and Resolution Interiors in Yeovil. We are always keen to talk about future partnerships and if you would like to discuss how this partnership can help you or your business contact us below.
